Link preview showing all menu options from header

Can't figure out how to fix this and feel like I'm missing something simple.

 

When I link to any of my site's pages, the link preview that pops up is huge and contains all the menu and sub-menu options from my header. Is there a way to set my header so info is not pulled from it for the link preview? I'm using Yoast and I believe it automatically picks what is used for the previews?
