I want to cancel my account. I don't recall agreeing to automatic billing. Is posting on this forum and begging for cancellation seriously the only way to manage my account? I'm seriously upset, this is ridiculous, you just stole $49 out of my account.

  As I send you a reply to another post you add a comment, last week we added the "Auto-renew" option. When your license is near to finish, we send you an email (on the email was created the Brizy account) to inform you regarding this https://jmp.sh/tyvUCim. If you don't want to continue the license, you have to cancel the subscription https://jmp.sh/VjYYbee.

  If you already were billed, we can give you the refund, for this we need the Order Id.
