Does any at Brizy actually use the software?

It takes 4 clicks just to log in.... its the most annoying, non-intuitive thing ever... EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVE TO LOG IN

Clicking "Account login" takes you to a default account... NOT MY ACTUAL ACCOUNT

 

THEN AFTER GOING TO THE DROPDOWN AND THEN SELECTING "SIGN IN" IT STILL TAKES YOU TO SIGN-UP INSTEAD!!!!!!

ITS THE DUMBEST THING IVE EVER SEEN... AND I'M SUPPOSED TO TELL PEOPLE ABOUT THIS??

You have some great features but I really question your judgement in UX

PLEASE JUST LOG OUT AND TRY TO USE THE SERVICE YOURSELF AND TELL ME I'M WRONG!!!

  thank you for your feedback.

  Firstly, you are not wrong but ...."No great thing is created suddenly" - this was known thousands of years ago. Of course, we are aware of these UX difficulties(and others) and they are on our to-do list. We improve our product daily, either functional or UX, but unfortunately, we all are under the control of the time and we cannot fix and create all in one day. 

  The authentication system will be changed soon and will be simpler. That's what we guarantee. Meanwhile, if 4 clicks it's annoying for you, just don't log out or accept the fact(temporarily) :).
