Hi I had built all of my site. But today my homepage has completely disappeared and is not visible in brizy to edit anymore.

I can see the content in the wordpress editor, so it must be somewhere, but I can't edit it in the brizy editor.

I have tried to restore previous versions, but this doesn't seem to be working.

Please can you help, I can send my login details. :(

  Hi,

  Please confirm you have the latest Brizy versions - Free 1.0.126 and PRO 0.0.41. Also, please send a screenshot of the problem or a screen recorder. We need to do some basic checks before logging in to your site.

  btw: do you have the same problem if you disable all your external plugins? Maybe you have another builder installed and you tried to edit the page with it and this destroyed the homepage.

  Hi Alex

  All versions are up to date. I have checked plug ins. Thankfully it's saved all my global blocks so I've just rebuilt it??

  Not sure what the problem was.

  Hopefully it won't happen again.

  Do you recommend any particular plug in to help with back ups?

  Hi,

  we usually recommend the WP All-in-One migration plugin for migration purposes, but it also has a backup feature, so you can give it a try.
