Problem parallax

Good afternoon!
The problem is when setting parallax on the background image, installed parallax, but when scrolling with the mouse, it scrolls with hovering.

  I think a parallax screenshot will be difficult to make. The problem is that when I put the background image format on parallax, when I start to scroll the page there is a hang and the page does not scroll, below is a link to a page with parallax.

  Hi,

  try to activate a different theme and check again. There is a CSS code in twentytwenty theme that influences the scroll.
