Brizy.cloud Login Not Working?

Ever since I got Brizy Cloud Pro, whenever I try to login via Brizy.cloud, I am told that my credentials are incorrect, so I have to login in via Brizy.io and then click into Brizy Cloud from there. Please, advise. Thank you. By the way, still absolutely in love with Brizy Cloud Pro! Hope you are having a good day and please, stay safe.

  Hi Kristin,

  Firstly, thank you for your warm words. That really encourages us :)

  Regarding the login problem: try to reset your password and check again. This will make a kind of "restart" so let me know if that works for you.

  That was my solution at first. I used the reset password the first two times I had this problem, but it keeps happening.
