    Hi Oscar,

    Could you please give more details regarding the problem you encounter? Did you encounter it in Brizy Cloud or Brizy WP plugin? Did you found it earlier or it is in the first time when you find it? What were your previous actions? Could you send us a screenshot with this problem?

    If you found it on Brizy WP plugin, could you please deactivate all plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro) and activate one WP default theme? Also, could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free (1.0.126) and Brizy Pro (0.0.41) versions?

    You know, I hoped that my case did not come to you, I have seen other posts and you always answer the same, apparently you are the only one who despite having received several cases regarding the same problem and does not understand it.

    but well, I will simplify it for you, I saved a block that I made, then I went to another page that I had ready to edit, then a message appeared saying the following "Something went wrong with the SavedBlocks" in one of the many Posts that I looked your coworkers ask for Wordpress credentials, I imagine that there is no way that we can solve this on our own, since they are requesting access to our WP accounts. therefore I leave it in your hands, tell me what's next

    Hi Oscar,

    The problem can be the same but the cause of this problem can be different. Following the previous issues with the same problem, the cause was different. Therefore, for us is very important to check these basic details. If you see in other tickets that I asked the same details, could I ask you why you didn't indicate already the answer to these question to avoid to ask you the same details?
    From your email and your reply, I didn't find something new or answer to my questions. Therefore, I kindly ask you to inform us regarding the aspects I mentioned.

    Thanks for your post. 

    I've created an internal issue regarding your bug, a kindly request to send your WordPress credentials in your reply. 

    Before creating an internal ticket, we need to be sure that our user have the latest Brizy plugin versions and the bug is not generated by other plugins/themes.

    Too bad, I was sure it was a minor issue in your dashboard. I'm sorry I didn't get the chance to check and fix this problem.

    The account can not be deleted right now, our system deletes automatically in a couple of months.
