Media gallery in brizy image item not showing images of other users

Hello,

Modified of your pre-built image block of Brizy, I uploaded new image, it's showing fine but the images which other user-uploaded do not show correctly as you can see in above image.

I can click those non looking images and copy their direct link, they open fine in new tab.

Extra info:

This is multisite network, I am copying sites when we need a new one.

Brizy load images from the main site instead of copied one, it does not copy images of Brizy media so I have created a script which does this when the coping site, it just copies the entire Brizy media folder of the source site and paste it into uploads folder of the new site.

  Did you have the Brizy WaaS license?
  Could you please check how are displayed these images in the WP Media library?

  Hi Daragh,

  From your screenshots, I noticed that the images added by another user are looking the same in WP media Library as in Brizy, therefore I suppose that the problem can be in WP or in the way it what configured.
  Could you check this, please?

  Hi Sandara, 

  WP is set correctly, as I said brizy do not copy the media files to the new site when you clone site in multisite network,  so I had to do this via a custom screen, but that copied image not show in media library so could you ask developers to see if I need to do anything else in my script so it shows fine in media library too?

  I think the issue is not with other users upload but some linking needs to be done for the copied image.

  Developers help will be appreciated since Brizy does not use WordPress default media library but store image in the custom upload folder.

  Hi Daragh,

  We checked this problem and couldn't find it. We suppose that the problem can be in one of the settings of the multisite network, as some images can't be visible also in the WP media library. https://jmp.sh/eYdQLOA
