Hi Carlo,
Could you please provide more details regarding this problem? Where did you find it, on Brizy Cloud or Brizy WordPress plugin?
If you find it on Brizy WP plugin, when did you encounter it? What were your previous actions? Could you check please, if you have the latest versions of Brizy Free and Pro? Also, could you check please if you didn't edit the index.html file or did you not add a temporary index.html file?
Try to deactivate all plugins (except brizy Free and Pro) and activate one WP default theme, and after this check if the problem still appears. Thanks!
Best regards,

Hi,
I use the WP plugin, for what i understood it happened when we moved the site to a new domain.
I try to deactivate plugin and change theme but don't fix it.
When i edit a page with brizy I don't see the image, I can change it (without see it in edit) and in front-end he change it.
I don't have any index.html.

Hi,
Thank you for informing us regarding this. Could you please say us how did you migrate the site? Did you use the All in one Migration?
Best regards,
Sandra0 -
No, i have download all the ftp and reupload it in new domain and export the mysql and reupload in the new domain changing the necessary thing
I've done manually without transfer plugin, but I can't do it again because we did a lot of work on the new site (we were in a hurry)
hope we can fix it now
Thanks

Hi,
I suppose that in the manual transfer process wasn't transferred some important files and folders. We handle images in a specific way and all images used in brizy pages are added in a specific folder. Therefore we suggest using the All in One Migration plugin. It is very easy to use and you will not have to do a lot of work.
Another solution can be to upload again all images.
Thanks!Best regards,
Sandra0 -
the images are visible in the front-end.
I don't understand how this can be the problem.
Only in the back-end they do not appear, even if I upload a new image in the back-end it is not displayed while in the front-end it is displayed0 -
Hi,
Could you please check if you have the latest versions for Brizy Free (1.0.126) and Brizy Pro (0.0.41)? Also, could you please check the index.html file? Did you add a temporary index.html file at the WordPress directory root during the website development?
Thanks!
Best regards,
Sandra0 -
I have last version of Brizy and I don't have index.html

Could you please check one more thing? Could you please check the file permission? It should have the 755 (or 775 if 755 doesn't work).
Thanks!
Best regards,
Sandra0 -
The permission is right

Hi,
I created a private ticket on this request. You had to receive a notification regarding this on email. Could you send to us in that private message the WP credentials to this site?
Thanks!
Best regards,
Sandra0
