Text disappears when creating and editing pages

This issue is found in early posts by other users. I run into this issue since one week, and I have the WP Brizy builder Version 1.0.126 (Free). Basically the text that I input just disappears without me doing anything. Please kindly address this issue.

  Hi Xiang,

  Could you please give more details regarding this problem? What browser did you use? Did you encounter this problem on Brizy Cloud or Brizy WP plugin?

  If you encounter it on Brizy Cloud, could you send us the URL link and the email of your Brizy Cloud account?

  If you encounter this problem on Brizy WP plugin, could you please try deactivating all plugins (except Brizy Brizy Free and Pro) and activate one WP default theme and check if all is fine?

  Dear Sandra,

  I use Google Chrome and it's a WP plugin that's built in with a theme called Philanthropy by ThemeFuse. It's our organization website and I don't think I can 'try' deactivating all plugins and then activate a WP default theme as you suggested. Is there no other possible ways to find out? Could you please share what might be possible causes?

  I'm sorry but I couldn't reproduce this issue and therefore I suppose it is a plugin or theme incompatibility. If you will deactivate the theme and all plugins this will not be reflecting on the site when you will activate them again. Also, you can make a back-up before doing these steps.
