    Hi John,

    Did you validate your Brizy account? Could you please enter into your profile and check if you have the "Validate" link? If you have it, please re-send to your email the Validation email and validate your account. After you will validate your account, please log-out and after this log-in again in your Brizy Cloud account and check if all is fine now.
