    Update: I was able to fix the problem.

    Two points of question/feedback:

    1.) Why do my support tickets have to be approved? I was able to figure out the issue even before an agent approved my post.......

    2.) Please remove the URLs as they contain sensitive admin-level access links.

    3.) How do we ensure support responds in a timely manner?

    Hi Bill,

    I'm happy to hear that you already fixed the problem. All tickets and comments are approved manually by agents. I'm sorry for the late response, at weekends we are less active.
    Could you please describe how did you solve the problem?
