Hi there,

I wanted to change the server of my website on the same hosting. 

I Use Cloudways. I cloned the site and edit with Brizy stopped working both on the actual site and also on the cloned site.

I thought the clone did not happen right and deleted it, came back and checked on the original site and the same problem here.

What should I do?

  Hi,

  Thanks for the details. Unfortunately, I'm not sure we can help you here. If the Brizy page worked on the first server, it should work in the second server too. We can not inspect how the new server was configured. You need to check the logs file if there are some errors and then ask your hosting provider to inspect this issue.
