How to stop page refresh when loading menu links with anchor text?

 

to reproduce the issue, go to link below

https://www.stores24x7.com/services

now, click on why us menu link

you will see issue that it does to "whyus" block on home page however quickly page is refreshed and jumps to top of the page.

How can we make it stay at "whyus" block

  Hi,

  Yes, at the moment in such a way works anchors links in Brizy Cloud but we plan to improve this behaviour. I checked the "Why us", yes it is refreshing a bit but after this it link you to the right block https://jumpshare.com/v/tzFXZedqDMU8UY7MnjP4

  This is still an issue, to reproduce, click at all of the links below and you will see for a moment it goes to the desired block and top of the page is displayed. How can this be fixed as it is very bad use experience:

  Hi,

  Did you add some custom CSS or Code Injection? I found that the problem you mention in the post is happening only when I click on the link with an anchor link. When I'm in your site and click on the anchor links, all is working fine. https://jmp.sh/AuDNyCH

  When I access the link you send us, the server takes a bit more time to connect. I tried to reproduce this problem on my test cloud project but all is working fine. See here https://tester.brizy.site/#Video_block, therefore, I suggest that you added a Code injection, or embed code, or Custom CSS that cause this problem.
