Something went wrong with the Project

Hello there,

i have the same problem as some other users.

I did the usual stuff, as the users above with no result.

Please help.

  Hi Valeriu,

  In both cases you show us the cause of this problem was different, therefore, could I ask you if you have the latest versions of Brizy Free (1.0.126) and Brizy Pro (0.0.41)? Also, could you please deactivate all plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro) and activate a WP default theme? After this check, if the problem is still present in the Brizy builder. Let us know, please, regarding the result.

  Hello Sandra,

   

  yes i have both latest versions of Brizi Free and Pro. I have deactivated all plugins except Brizy and switched to default theme. The problem is the same.

  I will create a private ticket on your request but firstly, could you please provide us with more details regarding this problem? When did you find it? What were your previous actions? Do you have the latest updates for Brizy Free (1.0.126) and Brizy Pro (0.0.41)?
