    Hi,

Could you please check if you followed these steps in creating menus for multi-language? https://polylang.pro/doc/create-menus/

Brizy builder uses the menu from WordPress, therefore what menu you specify that menu it shows you. Could you send to us an URL link or some screenshot with how did you configure and add the menu?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandr

    Hello,

    I've got the same problem.

I'm adding the French version to my website www.allezxin.com (which is already in Chinese), by using Brizy Pro and Polylang. However, the French menu doesn't appear on the French pages - each time when I try to add the menu on top of the pages, only the Chinese menu appears and there's no way to change it to the French menu. I've checked the "menu settings" and nothing looks wrong to me. Could you please help me fix it ? It's a little urgent.

    Thanks and Regards,

    Chunyan Li

    Hi,

Did you create a menu for the French pages in the WordPress dashboard? If you already created it, I suggest to go to the French pages and select it for displaying in the Menu element.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,

Thank you for your quick reply.

Yes I've already created a menu for the French pages in the WordPress dashboard. The problem is that when I go to the French pages, and when I select the "menu", the Chinese menu appears automatically and there's no option for selecting the French menu.

I've also sent an e-mail to Brizy support team this morning (ticket (11506))

Could you please check it and help me fix this problem?

    Thanks and Regards,
    Chunyan

    Hi,

In the French pages, try to go to the menu settings and select the menu you created for the French pages. See here.

    Best regards,
    Sandra
