No SSL
Hello,
I have a domain that also has 4 subdomains all hosted with Brizy. They are all working fine, but non of them are ssl secure.
They were set up over a week ago, and all have the updated DNS settings under publish/ custom domain.

Also, could you check please if the Current data of DNS settings of the project in Brizy Cloud are set with green? (these ones https://jumpshare.com/v/90xb1sCTYSPsnLkLIq3c) Could you send yo us how did you set A record and Cname record and how is display the Current data of DNS settings in Brizy Cloud? (it is enough for one project)
Thanks!

Hello Sandra,
I followed the same steps as the articles you attached. The "Current Data" is the same as Brizy's "Required Data". If you'd like for me to send a screenshot, I can send via email (just tell me where to send), but I don't want to post my url's in the Community.

Each email, comment and post we approve manually and you send them to us (also the URL of the site) and before we will approve the comment we will delete the URL name and the screenshots. In such a way I can ensure you that your data will not be public.
Thanks!

Hi Dell,
Thank you for screenshots. I found that only last domain has added the A record (digi***) but other ones don't have set it. Could you please set it? https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041764052-Custom-domain-A-Record-Redirect-
Thanks!

Thanks Sandra,
Per the instruction in the support area, and the instructions in Publish/Custom Domain, the A record & Cname are needed for the main domain. For sub-domains, all instructions say to set up with Cname. https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360026046931-Custom-sub-domain-CNAME-Redirect-
Also, how a sub-domain is routed would only effect that subdomain. My main domain isn't getting the SSL cert and it has both the Cname and A record.
I'm not sure that my issue is the A record for the subdomains. The Pics I provided that are from Brizy's site also contain the instructions for that particular domain/sub-domain.
If I am mistaken, please let me know, and I will update per your instructions.

Hi Dell,
Thank you for this information and for telling us that those sites are subdomains of the digi***. Yes, if they are subdomains of digi*** you have not to set A record. We checked with the team the domain digi*** and found an error. Therefore, to fix it you have to remove digi*** 1200 IN CAA 0 issue "comodoca.com"
Thanks!
Best regards,
Sandra0
