Problems with mail notifications on my cloud website

Hi there, I’m Matteo and I’ve got some troubles with the mail’s notifications system on my site FastDelivery... Even though I’ve tried to set up different email addresses and I’ve tried to use also mailchimps, the notification of the leads that I’ve got simulated doesn’t works and it doesn’t be sent to my email address and nor to mailchimps! I use it on a pop up page of the website! Could someone help me please? Maybe it doesn’t work because are there some problems in the pop up page? Tnx Matteo

  Can you please confirm that you have configured everything according to this article: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360043383792-Email-Notification ? Did you check the SPAM folder? If so, please provide the project link and we will look into it.
