    Hi Karin,

I'm sorry but I couldn't reproduce the problem you encounter. Here https://jumpshare.com/v/hIK4F0lKRNbTMILhIQeK I added 2 SVG images and they are displayed as it should. Could you please send to us a screenshot with this problem? Also, the URL link of this page and the SVG image you try to add?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

As you can see this is a long thin svg rectangle, but when I put it in, there is white space top and bottom.

I suppose that the problem can be in the SVG file because I tried many SVG files and all of them was uploaded successfully. Could you please send us the URL link where is placed this SVG and where we could see this problem?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Thanks for the link. It is a bit strange because I downloaded the SVG image from your site and uploaded in my Brizy cloud site and all worked fine. See here https://jumpshare.com/v/3GaCeiRmUjWWxXNWrLPl
Could you please check the settings of the block, row, column where is added the Image element with this SVG image? Did you have set the Block height with Auto, full or Custom value?
    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

I don't know. I added a new blank block and then put an image in it, nothing else.

It works on Chrome, I have been using Firefox (my browser of choice).

I'll use chrome just to add the SVG's

I opened the Brizy Cloud in the Firefox and added 2 columns and in each of them an Image element. In the first, I add the SVG image downloaded from your site and in the second one, the SVG image that I downloaded from a site. I found that your SVG image has the white space also when I try to upload it (see here - https://jumpshare.com/v/ofG0MDba73RFSu6LXyEH) and the Firefox interpret this space as a part of the image (for this reason I suppose that the problem may be in the SVG file), because in the second case, even if the image has space, it isn't displayed in the page. See this video https://jumpshare.com/v/qn1rhLoZSPI3WKizfEgd
    Thanks!

The SVG was created in Illustrator. I'm not sure the problem is the SVG because I can pace it using chrome and then it looks good on all browsers. Some kind of combination of some kind of strange coding in the SVG and Firefox.

Perhaps it is a problem with the SVG that only gets affected when imputing in Firefox.

    For anyone reading:
If there is blank space top and bottom of an SVG in Brizy Cloud, then it could be the SVG file or the Browser, so the solutions to try are:

    1. Try uploading it with Chrome
    2. Try saving as a different version of SVG or with different settings. Perhaps copy/paste it into another program and then save out of that as SVG.

Uploading it through Chrome solved it for me.

(Thanks Sandra, great support, doing your brand justice. Go Brizy!)
