Contact Form issue

Hi there,

 

I am having an issue with a contact form. I have it set up and connected to the app 'Active Campaign' so details add to a subscriber list and it triggers an email automation sequence. When this is complete I want the form to redirect to another page but when it I set it up as so I keep getting the same message 'Message not Sent'
