[WP] Popup limitations not working

Dear sir/madam,

If I'm making a popup and setting the hide to logged in users, it still shows up.
It doesn't matter if I explicitly select the user roles or leave it set to all.

  Hi,

  I was able to reproduce this and I have already sent it to devs. It will be fixed in one of the next updates. Sorry for the inconvenience.
