Contact form not working

    I made it work.

In the integration settings I used both the Wordpress php sender and also the SMTP settings.

I deleted the contact form and created it again and only used one integration (SMTP settings) and now it works.

    Hi Daniel,

I'm glad you found a solution.

I may be missing something very obvious here, but I have tried repeatedly to get a basic contact form to work on my Brizy.Cloud website without success. I have tried using the default contact page from one of the pre-designed layouts and also tried adding a contact form element to my own DIY block on the page. Either way, when I click the send button absolutely nothing happens - I don't even get the 'Message Sent/Message Not Sent' default confirmation.

I have tried connecting the contact form to one of my email addresses, but again nothing happens.

I am wondering, do I need to connect the form to one of the integrations in order to work??  If so, I am a little confused about the fact that when I first used Brizy it WAS possible to send a message on a form and have it appear in the 'Leads' section of the Dashboard without needing to use these other programs (this might have been via the themefuse website).

Any clarification would be much appreciated.

    Hi,

from what I know your problem was solved in a private discussion with one of my colleagues. There was something about the type of field used incorrectly.
