Brizy Cloud: Custom domains never work for me

Hi guys, I have tried a few times to publish landing pages in brizy cloud using the custom domain option but I always get the same error:

Oops! An Error Occurred

The server returned a "404 Not Found".

Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

 

In case it's relevant info, I always use Cloudflare. Example of landing page that doesn't work: http://lp.gmpalau.com/

I checked already and I'm pretty sure the CNAME configuration in cloudflare is correct.

  Hi,

  Hi Sandra,

  thanks for your assistance, i followed the instructions on that thread:

  - Pointed A record to 34.237.47.210

  - Pointed subdomain to the content of the CNAME record I get on the instructions

  - Turned Proxy status to DNS only, for both A record and DNS record

  For now it doesn't work but I guess it will take some time to take effect. Will check again tomorrow.

  However the instruction of that A record having to point to 34.237.47.210 confused me... when I try to publish the landing page to my custom domain, I don't get instructions for an A record anywhere, I just get the instructions for the CNAME record.

  Yes, it is needed 48h to propagate all changes you made. I checked now the site and all seems to work fine https://jumpshare.com/v/dHNaoFcP9M2qxiHMNMUz, could you check too?
