Hi,
Is it possible to change the email from where we receive lead notifications? Currently is notifications@brizy.cloud
When using it for clients it doesn't look professional.

The document you linked doesn't mention how to change the 'from' field. Every time I receive an email from someone filling a form in a Brizy Cloud page the from field is 'notifications@brizy.cloud'

I'm sorry, but at the moment isn't possible to change the from the field. We are working on the option and will improve it and will make the possibility to change the from field.

Am using brizycloud, not wordpress so it’s really good to be able to change the from field cos client would like to see it send from their domain..likewise for me :)

Why this feature still isn't available ?
in worst case scenario why dont you guys can have different email address instead "brizy.cloud" example bmailserver.com or whatever relevant to webserver or hosting company
so that atleast we can convince client saying this is our email server for web ....lol
Note these email domain shouldn't land on any webpage in internet so that we have some alternative solution instead of real white label from brizy in this case

Could you please help? I tried to create an asset for a website (cloud) https://www.theknowledgeexecutive.ca/ . However, somehow my page folder is moved inside the new asset folder (named (email test). I could not find any option to move it to the main directory. please see.

Hi Anjum,
Its possible that you have linked Pages as a taxonomy to your Email Test custom asset. To bring Pages back to its original position, you need to delink Pages from the Email Test custom asset.
In the attached video, I demonstrate delinking Recipe Type taxonomy from a Recipe custom asset. Please follow a similar procedure to delink Pages from the Email Test custom asset. https://jmp.sh/tJ4TdX50
