Custom font not loading when logged out
Hi,
I've trouble with the correct loading of a custom fonts. I've installed 2 customs fonts, but only one is having issues (the other one works fine).
The custom font is only correctly applied and visible if logged in.
Logged out visitors (basically everyone except me) see the default fall-back font-family (i.e. the wrong one).
I noticed in DevTools the following error:
The stylesheet [mywebsite-url]?brizy-font=fituuhkqoxnaegjpbmflhwsiprmavpzjeldu%3A400%2C700 was not loaded because its MIME type, “text/html”, is not “text/css”.
Evidently that specifically refers to the font. So it looks like Brizy is loading this particular custom font incorrectly? How to fix this?
Things I've tried:
- Completely removing all caching and css minifying, including completely removing caching plugin, as well as removing all left-over files directly in my hosting environment (via filezilla).
- Try different caching plugins
- Re-installing and re-applying the custom font
- Convert the font to TTF and re-installing and re-applying the custom font
Thanks.

Hi,
Try disabling all external plugins and check again. Also, please activate a default theme and check again. Do you have the same problem?
Also, if you have SSL certificate, please make sure it is configured correctly.

Hi Alex,
I've done both suggestions (disabling all external plugins except brizy and brizy pro + activating a defeault theme). No change.
I've checked the SSL certificate. Everything is setup correctly.
Thanks for looking into this.

Yesterday we released a new update for Brizy Free (1.0.126). Can you please update the plugin and check again? We made some security adjustments and I think your problem was because of that.
