I need to have this corrected. How do you get individual account support??

Now, we changed a little bit the Support and now all posts coming here in Comunity. Right now, before to be publicly published a post or a comment we approve them and check all of them. If the message contains personal data or an issue, we create a private ticket.
Regarding your post - when did you find this inconvenience? Could you check please if you log-in Brizy account with the email you purchased the AppSumo code?Thanks!

I have three codes for the Brizy Cloud appsumo deal. I applied them to my account shortly after I purchased them. I have not used them yet. I just began to explore using Brizy Cloud but only see the two year plan connected to my Brizy Pro lifetime deal. I need to make sure you are giving me credit for the right Cloud plan which is lifetime, not two years, and for 9 websites.

We checked your code and find that they aren't applied to any account. Could you please try to redeem them? For this you have to:
1 - Log-in your Brizy account https://www.brizy.io/account/login
2 - (When you already are log-in) Access this link https://www.brizy.io/account/appsumo
3 - Here redeem one by one of your codes.Regarding the support - yes, now we manually approve all comments and posts, for security reasons.
