Pop up cookie with jivo chat

in wordpress i did a cookie pop up, was working good, but after i install jivo chat, now the cookie pop up doesn't work. I delete jivo chat, but the cookie pop up doesn't work. I did a new one after delete jivo chat and the previous pop up. But still not work. https://da4web.com

  Hi Jose,

  I found that the Jivo chat is still present on the site, but if you said that even if you deactivated it, the global pop-up isn't displayed, could you please check if you included the pop-up for all pages and it is set to be displayed on page load https://jumpshare.com/v/pBHnNepdU7p2PqUsWg0V? In the console, I didn't find any problem, therefore I suppose the problem can be in this inconvenience.

  The pop ups have stopped working in Brizy. So I reinstalled the Jivochat again.
