    Hi Goldie,

Unfortunately, I can't access the site smashlab.com.au or smashlab.com.au/waiver page, could you please check if the URL link is correct? Also, if it is correct, could you check please if you configured correctly the domain following these instructions https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041764052-Custom-domain-A-Record-Redirect-?
    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,
Yes, I have followed those instructions. The CNAME appears to be working properly, but the A Record, which is set up correctly in the registrar (VentraIP) DNS settings, is showing as unknown in the Brizy Cloud domain settings.
    Try this link https://www.smashlab.com.au/

There's also an issue with the SSL, it drops in and out. I presume this is related to the A Record issue.

OK, so I have solved this issue of adding a page, kind of. For some reason the site didnt like my page when it was title 'Waiver', but when I changed that title to 'The waiver', but left the permalink and navigation title as waiver, it worked fine. No idea why this happened, but its an acceptable fix

    Hi Goldie,

I'm sorry but Brizy Cloud can't accept this type of domain https://www.smashlab.com.au/ - because it has a fourth domain level as the WWW is the last one. To make it work correctly, you have to add instead of www the smashlab in both Brizy Cloud settings and domain settings. See here https://jumpshare.com/v/VmQksz2gpWzmeKwoOAAl and here https://jumpshare.com/v/10v4y45wLMKPTWUc7DyA

Also, for the A record, please check if you didn't add the AAA record too. If you added it, please delete it.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

But Brizy cloud can accept this domain. It's working, it's I can view the site and navigate through it, it's just that the SSL is playing up, sometimes there, sometimes not.
I've added A Record, not AAA.

    Hi,

I already send you an update regarding this issue on the previous message, but I will add it also here because some users can see only this post and to know how to solve this problem.

I'm sorry for the advice regarding the fourth domain level. Recently I was updated that what you did is correct, but checking your project we found that you didn't set the A record - https://jumpshare.com/v/fBrMSBAjBrWJGmkuR9wC - could you please send to us a screenshot with how did you set the A record?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
