    Hi Albert,

Could you please send to us the URL of the site you find this problem? We need to check the site and the image to can make a conclusion regarding this inconvenience.
I suppose that the image is bigger than the container it is added and for this, it is looking blurred, or you added a big zoom for the image and the same it was reflected on the image quality. Therefore, I would ask you to check if the Size, Zoom and Height are set with 100%.
    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,

    The URL is: https://www.ismaelalonso.com/

The problem is with the logo of the page (Ismael Alonso). It's set at 100% of zoom. The original image is 1200 × 554px but if I open the image on the website it's only 275x127px. When I resize the web it get blurred. A few months ago it use to be perfect.

Don't understand why the image in the site it's not the original one.

    Help please.

    Regards,

When do you fix pictures getting blurred issue?

When I add pics in editor they're ok. But when I update and go to the page itself, they are blurred! Please fix ASAP, as this gets in the way a lot!

    Hi,

It is a bit strange issue and we can't reproduce it to find the problem. Could you please try to upload logo again in the builder and check if all is fine? Is this problem happen only with png images?

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,

I have changed the logo and the problem is not resolved. When I'm mounting the page in the editor of brizzy, I see the logo well defined. But when I see the OnLine page, the pngs are out of focus (small resolution). I think I am not the only user affected.

    Please fix it.

    Regards,

The location of the image it's not the same of the original one:

It changes the size and resolution of the original one.

    Hi,

Could you send the image or the link of the image you encounter this inconvenience?
Yes, Brizy manage images used in Brizy editor in a different way. Brizy crops images in 6 example for desktop, mobile and tablet for retina and non-retina devices. After this, images are stored in a separate folder in Brizy. Here you can find the full information regarding how does Brizy handle images.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

I read it. But there is no solution there.

I work with my Imac and I still see the images blur. The desktop image resolution displayed is smaller than the size it should be.

Before the actualization it was fine I don't understand why it works worster now.

    Please I need a solution.

    Hi,

I would like to have the original images because the images you send to me are from Brizy and therefore has a lower dimensions that those you said that these images have (1200x554px) because they are already cropped.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

The image created by Brizzy for the desktop format is 297x130px It should at least be 450x 197px because it didn’t look pixelated. Something is wrong because in the previous version of Brizzy it did not happen.

    Thank you so much,

    Hi,

Yes, for this reason, I wanted to have the image in the original sizes because I noticed that the container size is 519x227px but the image size - 297x130px. I uploaded the image in the page but I didn't find any inconvenience. See this screen-record. The screen-record can be itself a bit blurred, therefore, here is the link of that page to check it.
Try to delete that image and re-upload it again.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

Sandra, I followed the link you provided, out of curiosity, and IMHO it is soft... not as sharp as it sould be. It is blurred :(

I'm sorry, but we can't reproduce the problem you reported. Could you please try to delete the image from WP media library and then try to upload it again and add it in each page again?
Anyway, I want to say that your report is important and we already informed our team regarding this and if they will encounter something strange they will take it into consideration.

    Best regards,

Hello Sandra, I changed the logo several times and it still didn't look focused. I had to redo the page. The pages made with the previous version of Brizzy the pngs were out of focus. I recommend that you review the following versions of your pluggin.

    Regards,

    Albert

I have read every post here and couldn't find any solution. One week ago everything worked fine, but now suddenly, png images are blurred. And I really cannot understand, what brizy is doing and why they destroy so important things like the image things... I tried every tip in this post and I am tired with all the troubleshooting during my work with brizy every week.

Same my client wasn't happy to see that. Has this been fixed yet? Super blurry. made sure that it was set to 100%.. makes something that was crisp look like terrible quality. so sad so much work done..

    Hi, Mike,

Could you please check if you have the latest versions for Brizy Free 2.0.14 and Brizy Pro 2.0.7? Also, could you please send us the URL link of the site/page where you find this error? Could you please check what width did you set to the block where is added this png image? Is it added in the block with width: full?

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Piotr,

Brizy allows you to choose multiple image size options. By default the "Custom" size option is selected. Brizy resizes the image you upload for different devices when this option is selected.

If you do not prefer Brizy to resize or optimize your images, kindly select the "Original" size option in the Image element.

Please try the "Original" option for the above image and let us know if it resolves the issue with blurry images.
