Could you please give more details regarding this problem? When did you encounter it? On what page? What was your previous activity on the site? How did you restore the site?
Could you check if you have the latest versions of Brizy Free (1.0.125) and Brizy Pro (0.0.41)? Also, could you try to deactivate all plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro) and activate a WP default theme (Twenty Nineteen) and check if the problem still appears on the site/page.Thanks!

I was in the process of troubleshooting my blog archive listing and bog post templates. Was having a problem with the page losing its formatting. I saw a Brizy update was available and clicked update. It fatally crashed my site in the middle of the download/ or just after, not sure. I sent you screen shots of the message I got. I don't have much more info than that. I contacted Flywheel and they assisted me in rolling back to the previous version and restoring my site. MY current versions are Brizy Free 1.0.124 and Brizy Pro 0.0.41
As far as deactivating etc, I am not a web developer and I am not comfortable messing with too much. My site was down for 2 hours yesterday and honestly I don't even want to look at it today.
