    Hi Pedro,

    Thank you for getting in touch with us! At the moment isn't possible to edit with Brizy the Shop page, WooCommerce products, pages or categories. We are working on the Dynamic Content for WooCommerce and when it will be released, will be possible to edit WooCommerce pages and categories with Brizy. https://trello.com/c/kjqKYGtd/21-dynamic-content-woocommerce
    At the moment you can display WooCommerce products, products, categories and pages (Cart, Checkout, My account, Order tracking). If you want to display a WooCommerce Products, please make sure that you added the Product ID or SKU https://jumpshare.com/v/9Noer5cFB2Z8wtmv2oGj if you will not add it, in preview you will not see the product.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Helo is this fixed ? I played for few hours learning some of the stuff, and when I was ready to implement it in the shop page... surprise. Is there a time frame to fix this I mean in the next 24-48 hours or i should just get a refund and move on

    Hi, Boyan,

    At the moment the Dynamic Content for WooCommerce feature is in the beta version. It isn't public. We are still working on it and adjust it, fix it and so on. It is a very complex feature and for this reason, we didn't release it public but added in the beta version for those users who want to help us and report issues they found in using this version. The actual public Brizy Pro version is 2.0.6 and the beta version is 2.0.7-beta where is available the Dynamic Content for WooCommerce. We don't recommend adding beta versions on the live sites.

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    We werent aware of this. You advertize that brizy works perfectly with woocommerce!
    If you would make this fact obverse we wouldn`t had wasted two hours figuring this out...

    For us this is a problem now - we built the hole website with the brizy-template and now have to tell our client that we cannot finish in time...

    Hi Solution Clinic,

    At the moment, the integration with WooCommerce is in the beta version and we don't recommend to use this version on the production sites. As you can see from this webinar from minute 06:22, we announce this fact. Also, here in this community also on the Brizy Community from Facebook, we provide the same information.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,
    yes you did announce that. But why do you still advertize:

    "Brizy & WooCommerce Go Hand in Hand"

    Which it simply does not!
    The store-page set in WooCommerce cant be edited with brizy which, in the long run, ruins your endpoints in checkout which makes your shop useless!

    There are only tutorials how great you can show products on brizy pages - which is great, but this is just half of the story!
    Were are the tutorials how to setup WooCommerce so the store acutally works - with working endpoints etc.?

    It is no porblem that Brizy is not working with wookommmerce yet.
    But you must not advertize otherwise and point to single announcements afterwards - this is missleading customers and in nobody's interest!

    Last but not least, support responsetime is a nightmare - we waited five days for an answer and then only 1 issue out of 3 were addressed. As a lifetime member, we simply expect another level of service!
    Regards
    SC

    Hi,

    We will add some more video tutorial and also will add a category in our documentation regarding how to make work WooCommerce pages build in the Brizy editor. I want to inform you that all shopping functionality it is from the WooCommerce, we only offer the possibility to customize WooCommerce pages and categories with Brizy.
    If you found an inconvenience in customizing a WooCommerce page with Brizy, please let us know and give us more details regarding it and we will strive to help you.
    I notice that you mentioned about the Shop page. How did you create it? The right way to make it work on Brizy is:
    1 - Set up un the WooCommerce settings what page do you want to set as Shop page https://jmp.sh/bdxiyGA;
    2 - Go to Brizy -> Templates -> Add new and create a template https://jmp.sh/V7gT3G2;
    3 - In the template add a suggestive name and most important add the right display condition. For the Shop page, you have to select the Product Archive and from here add the "Include -> Shop page". See here https://jmp.sh/mcF5TiR. Don't forget to click on "Add" and after this on the "Publish" to publish the template;
    4 - Inside this template, you have to add the elements you want to display on the Shop page (header, footer, block with Archive element - we suggest adding this element because it will select all products from all category and will display on this page) https://jmp.sh/xMRRb1G.

    One important tip, on the Shop page from "Pages", you shouldn't have activated the Brizy editor. If for the Shop page you see this https://jmp.sh/b5qtE9p, please deactivate the editor for this page in such a way https://jmp.sh/9a5TgwQ.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
