HTML in popup

Hi,  I'm trying to enter my sendfox html code into a pop-up so the data is imported directly into sendfox, but the embedded code isn't showing up when live on the site.   Am I doing something wrong or is this something that can't be done.

  Hi,

  Could you please, send to us the URL of the site? Does your Sendfox code have only HTML, CSS, JS code? Unfortunately, if the code has PHP code it will not be displayed.
