Edit with brizy and getting empty page

Hi,

for the last few hours, every new page I open and edit with brizy, give me a totally blank page.(it was 504 Gateway Timeout for a few hours) but now only empty page.

when I open and save the page it works fine(Wordpress editor), when I choose to edit with brizy and add text or even some of the ready blocks and save it, it becomes total blank. no header, no content, total blank. in the editor, it stays normal

I'm working locally so I cant share links. i didn't do any changes or install anything.

    Hi,

    Was the page edited with Brizy previously? Or this page was created and edited with WordPress editor/theme editor/another page builder previously? If the page was created and edited with another page builder/theme/WP editor, in this case, isn't possible to continue to edit it with Brizy. You can create new pages and edit them with Brizy.

    i gave you all the details, not sure why to assume I edit with another page builder or edit with WordPress.

    for the first few hours, I only got 504 Gateway Timeout, later on, no error. just empty page.(not even header which i use my oceanWP header (default theme))

    it happened only with Brizy.

    I'm opening a new page, click on edit with Brizy, edit the page, save, go to my browser. the page is empty. everything is showing in the editor. still, the page is totally empty on the browser.

    so i try to open a new page and edit with Wordpress. it work perfectly.

    i open a new page again and click edit with brizy. put text or ready block. save, go to browser. nothing. empty page.

    i deactivate Brizy, go back to this page, I see only my header(I use default template) I activate Brizy again, the header goes and it's blank again.

    it happened for more than 6 hours. 20 min ago it stops and shows me the page as normal, even those I open before and was empty.

    the editor had some problem on your side. hope you can check and update about it, over 6 hours without able to work it's too long.

    I understand this situation very well.  I had created pages with elementor.  found brizy and tried to edit with brizy and nothing...  will brizy partner with envato elements so that we can use their templates and pages with brizy?

    Hi Natalie,

    No, I'm sorry but at the moment isn't possible to edit with Brizy a page created in Elementor, WP editor, theme editor or other page builders. For this reason, you couldn't see the content you created in Brizy page. Try to create a new empty page and edit it with Brizy. Also, yesterday we released a new update for Brizy Free (1.0.125), could you please try to update the plugin? It contains some security fixed and other fixes.

    Hi TipTip,

    As I already said in the previous messages it is very important to know if the page was before created and edited with another page builder or the theme builder because if the page was before edited with another page builder it isn't possible to continue to edit it with Brizy.
    For your problem, could you please check if you created a template and applied it for all pages?

    I am having the same issue. My page was edited with another page builder and I am now editing with Brizy.

    Hi, Sabrina,

    Unfortunately isn't possible to edit with Brizy a page that was already created and edited with another page builder or theme. Brizy can't get their code and adapt to the Brizy one and for this reason, you receive the blank page when clicking "Edit with Brizy" on the already created and edited page. You can create and edit new pages with Brizy.

    Sandra, I am not the only one with this issue. It is possible because that is exactly what has happened with my account. Every complaint I have read regarding this issue has not been resolved and is in complete denial that this issue is possible. I am editing my Wordpress site with the Brizy plugin after already creating and edited with another page builder. When I recreated my entire page just with using brizy, the same issue has occurred. When I press edit with Brizy I can see my page, but when I publish it, it is not visible on the live site. Can you please just try to help me with this issue instead of trying to prove something?

    Sabrina, I'm trying to help you and for this, I and all Brizy Support firstly need respect and more details about the problem you receive. You said that your page was edited with another page builder and now you are editing it with Brizy. In this case, we can't help you with something else because isn't possible to continue editing with Brizy a page that was already editing with another page builder. I don't deny that this problem can happen but this isn't a brizy problem. If you create a new page and edit it with Brizy and then try to edit it with another page builder, you will receive a similar problem.

    Regarding this "When I recreated my entire page just with using brizy, the same issue has occurred. When I press edit with Brizy I can see my page, but when I publish it, it is not visible on the live site." - could you please send us the URL link of the page you receive this problem? Also, could you please send us a screenshot of the same page from editor mode?
