    Hi Jamie,

We checked your domain and you have invalid DNS. You need to remove the AAAA record you have (chloeellouise.com.au. 3600 IN AAAA 2404:8280:a222:bbbb:bba1:67:ffff:ffff)

    Is this looking correct?

Please remove the A record that contains www.chloeellouise.com.au and keep only the first record. Also, please remove http:// from the cname record and keep www.chloeellouise.com.au

Okay done, now what happens as the Still the ssl is not loading :(

Our site has been showing this error the last 4 days now. Which is, a bit worrying as Australia is opening up a lot of visitors are calling us about the "website being down".

When it is just an expired SSL

It takes up to 24 hours for the SSL to install and propagate until your users will see the secure connection when they access your project. This time is calculated since the DNS has been configured correctly. So you have to wait at least 24 hours after you made the last changes.

This is the third day since we changed the DNS.

We've checked your domain once again with the team, and the AAAA record still exists:

    chloeellouise.com.au. 3600 IN AAAA 2404:8280:a222:bbbb:bba1:67:ffff:ffff

Looks like you didn't delete it, though you should.

    Hi Jamie,

This has been for 6 days because of the wrong configurations. Please check these articles and see how to configure these records:

    https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041764052-Custom-domain-A-Record-Redirect-

    https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360026046931-Custom-sub-domain-CNAME-Redirect-

    These should be green: https://jumpshare.com/v/n4L4iAU82toA2j3glDCH

For the first domain, I can't see A record. Looks like you deleted it. Please check the articles I sent above. If you want SSL to apply and your project to work well, you only need to have these two records. A and CNAME.

    Hi Jamie!

The Brizy page should be connected only with A and CNAME records from your DNS Settings. In your screenshot, I see that our IP has been attached to a nameserver. This is not correct. Please check the links from Alex's message and connect only through DNS Settings.

    Thanks!

I dont know what both of you are saying. I logged into my domains account today and I can that the CNAME is setup?

Okay lets try this, almost 7 days since the site has been offline -_-

    is this correct?

If not, can you write it out exactly for me and where it needs to go. Thanks

    Hi Jamie,

this is the third time I ask you to delete the AAAA record you have. We still can see it.

    chloeellouise.com.au. 3600 IN AAAA 2404:8280:a222:bbbb:bba1:67:ffff:ffff

Now the A record and CNAME record settings are done correctly but because you still have an AAAA record, SSL does not apply. Please remove it, otherwise the days you count will exceed 7 :)

I just checked and there is no AAA record inside our crazy domains account under this.

Yep. Just had it confirmed there are no AAA records.

We have 2x name server entries.

And an A record and a CNAME. No AAA records.

It looks like we may be going to court because of this downtime for the website :(

    Hi Jamie,

Please check now. It no longer returns that AAAA record and the domain should be secured.
