Mailto Link Not Working On Desktop (all browsers / Mac)

I have mailto links (mailto:dogdynamics@icloud.com) that DO seem to work on mobile, but are NOT working on my desktop computer. i.e. When I click on the link, nothing happens. This happens on all my browsers (Chrome and Safari).

This issue is occurring in my top bar (Suki theme) as well as on the contact page: https://dogdynamics.bobothreads.com/contact/

Is anyone else having this issue? Any insight on how to fix?

  Hi Aaron,

  Could you please try to delete the browser cache? I opened the page in Chrome and Safari and in both browsers, the mailto link works as it should https://jumpshare.com/v/atOOvZIAr55ZQ2NQuXBd

  I have tried many different times after clearing my cache, but cannot get the links to work on either Chrome nor Safari.

  I'm sorry but I can't inspect this problem because when I check the page from my computer (iMac on Chrome) all is working fine. See this screen record https://jmp.sh/6Q3Nhns
  Maybe the email form is open in another screen.
