Purchased Brizly pro today, Installed it and found that none of the features, plugins, or themes from The Core theme are included, as was advertised. Plugin has been deactivated. Please let me know where to send my Order# to have a cancellation and refund issued.

  Hi David,

  In the Brizy Pro, we included the predesigned layouts that almost are based on the ThemeFuse theme. The Layouts you can find when you try to add a block, here https://jumpshare.com/v/c1ZJFtxb2xvK4KNStJGB - to have access to this feature you have to install the Brizy Pro too in your WP dashboard. What other feature and plugins from The Core themes did you find that we promise to add and didn't add? If we promise you have one feature in the Brizy Pro and it isn't added, could you please send to us a link with this information?

  I have requested for refund and still there is no response from your team. It's almost 12 hours and still I am waiting for the process tree. I sent the refund request twice. Please let me know if there anything else I have to do...
