    Actually we give the refund to all users who asked this and did not postpone this but yes, we can check you again. Could I ask you if you did you write to us with the refund request? When and where did you write to us? Did you have a ticket number?

    Hi Sandra,

    I did not write for a refund. I just wanted to stop the subscription before the due date so I won't get charged for renewal.

    I wrote you yesterday, which was a day before the expiration date on my subscription. I do not have a ticket number.

    I checked my Brizy account but I'm still not sure if it's cancelled or not.

    Could you tell me what is the status, please.

    Ok, ok, I'm sorry for my misunderstanding and thank you for clarification. At the moment, we didn't renewal automatically the subscription. If you didn't buy manually again a license, we didn't continue your subscription.

    That's bullshit, I was just automatically billed and renewed and I'm trying to figure out how to cancel. I don't remember agreeing to any automatic billing.

    Hi Derek,

    Last week we add a new modification in payments and added the "Auto-renew" possibility. When your account is near to finish, we send you a message to inform regarding this https://jmp.sh/w6tK1qF. If you don't want to renew the license, you have to go to your Brizy account and cancel the account https://jmp.sh/4HNwetS.

    If you were billed, we can make the refund and return you the money. For this, we will need the Order Id.
