Hi there,

I seem to have a similar problem that has popped up elsewhere:

Also have 0.41 and 5.4

No idea how to start troubleshooting it. Please help

  Hi Luke,

  Thank you for reporting this to us! This is a bit strange issue and it isn't caused by the same problem, therefore we don't have a general solution and we need to investigate this problem from your dashboard. I created a new private ticket for you and we kindly ask you to share with us in that private ticket the WP credentials of this site. You have to be notified in the email regarding this private ticket.

  We have it on one of our sites also.  Disabled it all - still the same issue.

  Hi Java Jiver,

  I created a private ticket on this request. Could you please check the email? You had to receive a notification regarding this. Also, could you send to us in that private message the WP credentials to your site? As I said before, this isn't a general problem, it is a particular one and it can be generating by several causes. I created for you to a private ticket and there you will discuss with one of my colleagues regarding this problem.
