I would like to cancel my account and request a refund as I no longer use this product.

  I have created a private ticket regarding this request. You have to receive an email notification so please send there your order id and we will offer you a refund.

  cancelled subscription however did not get e mail notification with order id  so how can i find my order id do get my refund your version will not load on wordpress5.8
