themefuse support

hi there,

is there any chance to receive support for the themefuse-theme »haven«? (i tried to contact the helpdesk a couple of times, but did not receive any feedback) 
or should i contact the custom work department?

  Hi Dominic,

  I'm sorry but since March 1, 2020, the support for ThemeFuse these were closed and we don't longer offer support for them. We suggest to take a chance to Brizy and see how it works!

  thank you very much for your fast reply.

  well ... the website is online since a couple of months – and it was quite a lot of work to get there.
  as there is no way to automatically upgrade my themefuse website to brizy, would you really recommend to create everything again? sorry, that is not an option. there has to be another way ... what about the custom work department? is this service still available?

  Hi Dominic,

  In Brizy Pro we have added many layouts that are based on, in most of the cases, ThemeFuse theme. You can use them and change the details and element you need. Also, you can change some global styling and in such a way to apply them for all pages that use the same Style. For you as a ThemeFuse user, we can offer a license for 2 years for using Brizy Pro feature. If you are interested in this deal, please create a Brizy account https://www.brizy.io/account/signup and after this send to us the email of ThemeFuse account and of Brizy account. We will check your ThemeFuse account and after this will add manually in your Brizy account the license.

  I'm sorry to say but the Custom Work Department was too closed and Brizy doesn't have such a department.

  This is a bummer .. we just need to fix horizontal vertical issue in Exposure theme .. everything else is finished .. hot to get that support?

  Hi Gregor, 

  I told one of our managers and he said that you already discussed on this subject. In the Exposure theme isn't possible to mix and match 2 distinct display ways. The Portrait and Landscape mode are different and you have to choose only one. It isn't a theme issue.
