Email form issues

Hi Brizy team

I created an email form with a selection drop-down and added 5 selections but only 2 ever show up and 

the label text keeps replacing the place holder text.

Plus, I just noticed the phone number does not have required selected but shows up as required

Checkboxes are solid in colour is there a way to make them just border only?

  Can you please confirm you have the latest Brizy versions - Free 1.0.124 and PRO 0.0.41? I just checked this and works as it should.

  They are separate. You can delete the placeholder text and only the Label will remain.

  This is a known issue and will be fixed in one of the next updates.
