Bug Icons Brizy Mobile Safari

Hello,

All your icons don't appear in the safari mobile browser on our website (iphone device). The icons are invisible... It's really disturbing for visitors. Is this a known bug with Brizy?

  We just found the problem, the cookies were blocked on mobile safari, so the browser could not make the icons visible.

  So problem solved :)

  Yes, you still need to notify your developer team to update this bug because it's still annoying for visitors who have blocked cookies on mobile browsers, they still want to have access to all the images and icons of the site they're visiting.

  What Icons did you use on the site? If you add icons in a page that isn't created with Brizy is icons display?

  I didn't have time to try, but all the icons don't appear on our Brizy site. The images on the other hand are visible on our site.

  Hi Jeremy,

  I discussed with one of our developers and he told me that Brizy icons don't have any connection with cookies. We suppose that in your case the problem was in cache or in another setting/option/plugin. We tried to reproduce this problem but all is working fine.

  The blocking of cookies has something to do with icons. Because when I unblock the cookies all the brizy icons are visible but when I ask the Safari browser to block the cookies then the icons become invisible. So it's not due to the plugins or the cache.

  You can verify if I share you our website. You block cookies on the Safari mobile browser and unblock it on our website and you 'll see.
