    Hi Ken,

At the moment, the redirect from non-www to www is made but in the browser address bar the URL link contains the www and it isn't possible now to change this.

Regarding the SSL - it is needed 24h to install the SSL protocol to the site. If you waited for more than 24h and the SSL isn't installed yet, could you please check in the Brizy Cloud project is the Current data from DNS settings are marked with green? If not, make sure that you configured correctly the Cname and A record. If you checked and find that you followed all the steps we recommend to do, and the SSL isn't installed, please, send to us the URL link of the project to check it.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,

    Sandra

I am having the same issues. Some of my sites are reporting that they have canonical and others do not. Does brizy automatically add canonical are you saying?

    itelligentsolutions.io has it

    eendusa.com does not

even though they're both brizy cloud.....

eendusa is showing www and none www in google search so I need to make a redirect to none www, but don't know how to besides writing a rule in the .htaccess or <link rel="canonical" href="yoursite.com/" />  which doesn't seem to work.

    Hi Matthias,

Could you please check if for eendusa.com site did you set the Cname and A record as is said in this article? https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360041764052-Custom-domain-A-Record-Redirect-

Also, could you check if for this project The Current Data from DNS settings are marked with green?

As I said in the previous message, isn't possible to show the URL of the site without www. Even if you can make the redirect from non-www to www and therefore access the site when you write the eendusa.com, in the URL address bar of the browser, the name of your site will appear with www.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Sandra
