Cant add any image whatso ever - its CUT

very simple thing, i try to add image to page,  whatever image i add, whatever size and ratio, it appears as cut show half of it or parts.   Why cant i drag and drop image and it will show it full  in one click ?  how i go about ?

  Hi Ron,

  you have size options for the image element: https://jmp.sh/BzYL7DR If you set 100% for both you'll have a full-size image.

  Another issue.  the picture is shown in edit page mode (wordpress) and when i preview or publish picture disappear. how come ?

  Hi Ron,

  can you please send the link to that page where is this image? It could be something related to permissions so that access to brizy media is blocked.
