When I enter the site to update the page all the written content disappears
When I log in to update or add content, all the words disappear, only the images and animations remain. If I update the site, it will have nothing written and I will have to write it all over again, taking up a lot of time. I hope you can help me.

Can you please confirm you have the latest Brizy versions - Free 1.0.124 and PRO 0.0.41? Also, do you have the same problem even if you disable all your external plugins? Are the pages you are trying to edit created with Brizy? Please note that you cannot edit with Brizy a page that was created with another builder or with WordPress editor.

Hi! I've the same problem. I'm using the latest version of Brizy - Free 1.0.124. When I'm editing my site, all my content disappear instant. Only the images remain. Please, can you help me with that?

Do you only have the Free version? Do you have the same problem if you disable all your external plugins? Did you try to change the theme? Are the pages you are trying to edit created with Brizy? Please send us a screen record so we can see how the problem occurs.

Any news? Do you have the same problem if you disabled all external plugins? It could by a third-party cause and disabling external plugins we can find the cause.

I think the problem is the Google browser. I signed in through Firefox and updated as normal, without losing anything.

Brizy works well on Google Chrome so please make sure you have the latest Chrome version and also try to disable the browser extensions.
