    you have invalid DNS for on.dealstrue.com You need to get in touch with your domain provider and see what the problem is. We do not influence this in any way so we cannot help you from our part. 

    You could try to add "on" instead of "on.dealstrue.com". Also, try to remove the dot at the end of the domain: https://jumpshare.com/v/hTfr1vKylAjDw1Ls428H But, it is best to contact the domain provider.

    How do you access the project "Samuel Ramirez"? Do you have a link? Can you please send it so we could check the activity logs?

    My domain provider does not matter, I have another subdomain in my cPanel account and it is working perfectly. (with bemob traker)

    The issue is in your side, the subdomain was working well a couple of weeks ago, and now it suddenly stop working

    you can check your domain on any online DNS checker and you will see that domain name server records are not configured. I don't know what changes you've made recently, but it's something on the domain side. As I said before, we do not influence the domain in any way, we only offer the possibility to attach a domain to the project on Brizy Cloud.

    Hi David, yes, It is because I have cloudflare activated. I just had to edit the DNS record in cloudflare.
