I created a site on Brizy cloud using a godaddy domain... I am having issues with an error

Oops! An Error Occurred

The server returned a "404 Not Found".

Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

 

 

 

I am getting this. Additiaon info: The site DNS has been moved to CloudFlare for security... 

 

EVERYONE IS GETTING THIS SAME MESSAGE ON MY SITE:

  Hi,

  it seems that you have invalid DNS. Please make sure you added the CNAME record and A record? Do you have the green color in the "Custom Domain" section for both records? This is an indicator that the configuration was done correctly. Pay attention to the A record. I think it is not configured correctly and there is another IP.

  I am still confused.

  I was informed that the issue is that you brizy are supposed to issue an ssl to my site... how is this done?

  Yes, that's right.

  But to install SSL you need to link correctly your domain to your Brizy Cloud project. Have you added the correct  CNAME and A record records? Can you send us a confirmation that this has been done and you have green color in the "Custom Domain" section for both records? Something like this: https://jmp.sh/NOewqbK
