    Hi Roville,

Is the "Car" a category of posts? If so, you have to create a Brizy template and add as a display condition "Category - Car" https://jumpshare.com/v/nhczz73nuqfkMwfwfISW. After this, click on "Edit with Brizy" and inside the template add the "Archive" element.

    Best regards,

    Sandra

The Archive element is available only in the templates, for pages and posts it can't be displayed.

When you create a template and set a display condition for "Category - Car", you create in such a way the Archive page for this category of posts, therefore with adding the Archive element in this template, you will have all posts from this category and you will not have to choose what posts to display.

    Best regards,

    Sandra

I would also like to be able to use the Archive element to display a custom post type, such as projects, on the home page.

    Hi Bradley,

I'm sorry but isn't possible to display the Archive element on the Brizy page, this element is available only for the template. If you want to display custom post type in the page, you can use the Posts element. Here you have to select the Category of Custom posts type you want to display and they will be displayed.

    Hope I helped you!

    Best regards,

    Sandra

    Hi Sandra,

I'm sorry to re-open this thread but I think it's better to open a new similar question.

I need create an archive template for a custom taxonomy "projects".

Then, I need to show tabs with a posts element in each one, filtered by that taxonmy "projects" AND custom post type "events" in one tab, "members" in another tab, etc.

Each posts element should get their own terms of course. For example, if i'm in the "Test project" term of taxonomy "projects", I need to see events, members with "Test project" matching.

Do you think this is possible in any way with brizy? I purchased recently Brizy but I'm thinking on request refund because I didn't get the way to do this.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Unfortunately, for the Posts element isn't possible to indicate 2 conditions, CPT and Custom Taxonomy. You can display or CPT or the Custom Taxonomy.

Also, the Archive element can't fit this requirement because for the Archive element isn't possible to set the conditions. It will display all posts of the Archive template (e.g. all blog posts, posts from a category or custom taxonomy).

Let us know if we can help you with something else.

    Best regards,
    Sandra
