Update not possible

I have been trying to update brizy pro and I keep getting this message:

Update Failed: No activation found for this installation

Could anyone let me know what I would need to do

    Hi,

    Please make sure you have activated Brizy Pro by adding the license key. Here you can find more out: https://youtu.be/BRygWIdBtYI

    Also, this problem can appear in case your license is expired. If you want to receive future Brizy updates you have to renew the license.

    Hi there this has been activated a long while ago and I have reinstalled it and has made no difference.  I have a lifetime license

    Can I know what version of PRO you have? You may have a too old version and it may cause some problems. Try deleting the PRO plugin and then reinstalling the latest version by downloading it from your Brizy account. Also, try generating a new key and activating the plugin. Next time you will not have the problem with the update.

    Hi I have 0.0.39 but trying to update to the new version and that is why I am getting the error message.  Could you tell me if I delete the plugin to reinstall will it effect my website and pages?  Also how do I generate a new key?

    You can delete the plugin without worries. Nothing on your pages will be lost. Just remove the plugin and re-install the latest version. This will make a manual update.
