los bloques aparecen sin texto y tampoco se guarda lo que escribo

hola, no se puede mirar los textos de los bloques, después que los haya elegido y cuando voy a escribir algún texto, después de hacerlo y dar clic en otro lugar para seguir creando, el texto que escribí automáticamente se elimina, y cada ve que lo intento escribir pasa lo mismo, se elimina sin algún motivo. por favor ayuda. muchas gracias.

  Could you please give us more details regarding this problem? Could you check what version of Brizy Free and Brizy Pro did you have activated? What theme do you have activated? Also, could you please send to us the URL link of the page you find the problem? On what browser did you find this problem?

  hola, la versión de Brizy es Versión gratuita 1.0.124, el tema que estoy usando es Astra, el navegador que estoy usando es google chrome.

   

  el problema es que cada vez que añado un bloque de cualquier estilo el texto que viene con el bloque, desaparece automáticamente y cada vez que agrego un texto también desaparece. por favor ayuda. muchas gracias.

We didn't found this problem on other users, therefore, we need to investigate this problem on your dashboard. But firstly, could you please check if you have the latest versions for Brizy Free (1.0.126) and Brizy Pro (0.0.41)? Also, deactivated please all plugins except brizy Free and Pro and activate one WP default theme.

  Hello! I suffered a lot with this problem, but I managed to solve it. A true vision of hell!
  But I figured out how to solve it in 3 ways
  1) - Edit anonymously on Google (CTRL + SHIFT + N), or
  2) - Use the new Edge, he edit normally on Brizy Wordpress or Brizy Cloud, or
  3) - Update Google and clear your cache and cookies (CTRL + H).

  Buenos días, después de subir un par de paginas echas con su programa y a través de el explore EDGE. me ido al movil y a la tablet para ver como se quedaba. 

  Primero, no sale EL LOGO, no sale EL MENU, no sale LAS FOTOS, no sale LAS REDES SOCIALES.

  Además aquí les subo las imagenes para que vean que no miento. Espero que den con el problema. Gracias
